Online Cockfighting (Sabung Ayam)

Indonesia's traditional betting sport, now streamed live 24/7

Sabung ayam is a centuries-old betting tradition in Indonesia, particularly in Bali and Sumatra. The online version streams live matches from official arenas in the Philippines, Thailand, and Cambodia, allowing players to watch and bet in real-time around the clock. Each match typically lasts 3-10 minutes, with multiple matches running simultaneously throughout the day.

Meron vs Wala

Most Common Bet Type

Meron (red corner) vs Wala (blue corner) is the standard two-way bet. You choose which rooster you believe will win the match. Odds adjust based on the roosters' weight, breed, and fighting history.

Typical Odds: 1.90 - 1.95 for evenly matched fights

BDD (Bet Depan Doel)

Quick Result Betting

BDD allows betting on the outcome within the first minute of the match. This fast-paced option is popular among experienced bettors who can quickly assess the roosters' condition and fighting style.

Typical Odds: Higher odds (2.00+) due to shorter betting window

Sente / Tagra

Specific Outcome Betting

Bet on specific match outcomes such as draw, no contest, or disqualification. These specialty bets offer higher payouts but occur less frequently.

Typical Odds: 8.00 - 15.00 depending on outcome type

Live Streaming Sources

International Arenas

thor89 streams matches from licensed arenas via established platforms including S128 (Philippines) and SV388 (Thailand/Cambodia). All matches are broadcast in high-definition with multiple camera angles.

Available: 24/7 with peak activity 18:00-02:00 WIB

Responsible Gaming Notice:

Sabung ayam is deeply rooted in Indonesian and Balinese culture, but online betting should be treated as entertainment with clear limits. Set a budget before playing, never chase losses, and remember that animal welfare standards vary by arena. This content is educational only. thor89 is strictly 21+ and promotes responsible gaming practices.

Bankroll Management Guide

Smart money management strategies for long-term betting success

What is Bankroll Management?

Bankroll management is the practice of setting, tracking, and sticking to a gambling budget. It's the most important skill for sustainable betting, helping you enjoy the entertainment value of gambling while minimizing financial risk. Whether you're betting on Persija vs Persib or playing live baccarat, proper bankroll management keeps you in control.

Essential Bankroll Rules
  1. Set a Fixed Gambling Budget
Before you start, decide how much money you can afford to lose without affecting your essential expenses (rent, food, utilities, savings). This is your bankroll. Never gamble with money you need for bills or emergency funds.
  2. Divide Your Bankroll into Sessions
Split your total bankroll into smaller session amounts. For example, if your monthly bankroll is Rp 2.000.000, divide it into 8-10 sessions of Rp 200.000-250.000 each. This prevents you from losing everything in one bad day.
  3. Follow the 1-5% Per-Bet Rule
Each individual bet should be between 1-5% of your current bankroll. If you have Rp 2.000.000, bet between Rp 20.000-100.000 per wager. This rule protects you from catastrophic losses and allows your bankroll to survive losing streaks.
  4. Set Win and Loss Limits
Before each session, decide when you'll walk away. A common strategy: stop when you've doubled your session bankroll (100% profit), or stop when you've lost 50% of the session amount. Stick to these limits even when emotions run high.
  5. Track Every Bet
Keep a simple record of your deposits, bets, wins, and losses. thor89's account history helps with this, but maintaining your own spreadsheet gives you better insight into your betting patterns and profitability over time.
Common Bankroll Mistakes to Avoid
  • Chasing losses by increasing bet size after a losing streak
  • Betting more than you can afford to impress others
  • Mixing gambling funds with essential living expenses
  • Ignoring your pre-set limits when you're winning
  • Failing to track your betting history and learn from it

Remember: Gambling should be entertainment, not an income source. The house always has an edge over the long term. Smart bankroll management doesn't guarantee profits, but it ensures you can enjoy betting responsibly without financial harm. If gambling is causing stress or financial problems, please seek help through our Responsible Gaming resources.
